Planning Your Day:

Why not start by bring that special person breakfast in bed.
Try a traditional English breakfast.

Or if that is too filling how about some simple fruits, porridge topped with some delicious toppings:

Jam or marmalade
Fresh yogurt Greek is tasty,

Things To Do:

If possible how about going for a walk to your loved one favourite place, for instance a garden centre.

Try going to the local zoo, or museum.  If your loved one has grand children why not plan a day together.  Always try and think of  what your loved one would like to do, not what you want to do.  If it is that your loved one fines it hard to get time away from the hustle and bustle of life why not volunteer to take the kids for a few hours, or do some chores for a few hours giving them some valuable time alone.

Whilst out why not buy them a gift just to say ' I love you' or 'I appreciate you'.  This does not have to be expensive.  Try and listen and pick up ideas of what they might like.

Another idea is to visit the local supermarket and buy a selection of your loved one favourite foods.  Cook together, or get them to relax and you do the cooking.  Don't forget the wine.  If possible rent there favourite dvd, better still introduce them to something new.
